Maggie and Riley are the absolute cutest and let me take their one-year anniversary pictures. I actually went to high school with both of them, but I was in a grade between them. Maggie and I ran track together, and I was friends with Riley’s brother, so it was cool to have that connection with them and catch up while we were shooting!

They brought along their dog Winston for the shoot which was an absolute blast. He’s adorable! We took these pictures at Hyrum Dam, which was a significant location for them as they would go there all the time when they were dating, and it also holds a lot of memories for me! I used to crawdad fish out there (shows you how redneck I am). All you gotta do is tie a string to a hot dog and dip it in the water and the crawdads flock to it! We’d catch them all in a bucket and then eat them for dinner.
