Emma is an absolute doll! We took her newborn photos at Blush Door Studio in Logan, Utah. This session was filled with so much joy, love, and sentimentality. Emma’s mom, Madi, brought a sweet little white dress that she wore when she was a baby, so it was really special to photograph Emma in the same darling, lacy baby dress. I love when clients have beautiful ideas like this for their session, and it was an honor to document!

Emma is cousins with some of my greatest three-year-old friends, Hank & Cory. It’s so fun to get to know their extended family and grow closer with all of them! Emma’s dad Matt took over for his brother, Josh (Hank & Cory’s dad) at the USU Marketplace as a shift supervisor when Josh graduated from Utah State and that’s where Matt & Madi met for the first time when she got hired on the Marketplace food staff. Fast forward two years, and they’ve got added cute little Emma into the mix.

I loved photographing this cute family and can’t wait to stay close friends with all of them and see this darling baby doll grow up!
