LazyOne Thanksgiving Commercial Photo Shoot | Preston Idaho Photographer

I work as a commercial photographer for LazyOne, here in Logan, Utah. I spend five days a week taking pictures of people in pajamas, often doing as many as three shoots a day! So I have quite the plethora of pajama pictures that I will slowly start sharing more of on this blog.

I couldn’t help but share this session because it’s one of my all-time favorites. We did a generational Thanksgiving arrangement with a great-grandma, grandma, mom, and daughter. So four generations all captured working together on faux Thanksgiving preparations.

I do so many pictures for LazyOne, but this has to be one of my favorites I’ve ever done simply for the sentimental value. The great-grandma printed off nearly every single photo from this silly pajama shoot to display in her home, and it means a lot to me that she treasures these photos that much.

Working for a clothing company proves a little tricky when it comes to taking photos of the products on real people because you have to have an eagle eye for wrinkles or covered letters in designs. It’s always a bit of a challenge, but so rewarding when you end up with beautiful, clean shots.

We also had a videographer, Jacob, who was shooting during this session, and that was another fun challenge to try to shoot around each other and not get in each other’s way.
